Terminology
For the purposes of this agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform is referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Together, 'we' and 'you' are referred to as 'both parties' and individually as 'a/one party'.
Processing and Storage Period of Personal Information
We will process and retain your personal information for as long as required by law or for the period agreed at the time we collected it from you.
Cooperation with law enforcement bodies for investigations.
In general, your personal information will be retained for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if it is deactivated due to misuse. This allows time for any reviews by financial institutions or investigations by authorities. If no reviews or investigations take place, we will fully delete your data after this period.
If an investigation into a legal violation is ongoing, we will keep your information until the investigation is complete.
If there is any outstanding debt or credit linked to your use of our services, your information will be retained until the debt is resolved.
Scope of Application
This Agreement applies to all Users trading on the Cashel Invermore Global website and mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users are required to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, in line with applicable laws and regulations on personal information and data protection in the User's country or region.
Invocation
Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations means the latest amended version, whether the amendment was made before or after the Agreement was signed.
Headings
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and should not be used to interpret the terms and conditions. Any references to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules refer to those within this Agreement.
Use of the Term Include
In this Agreement, the term 'include' is always understood to mean 'include but not limited to,' unless otherwise specified.
Information Collected
Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor their activity while using the Platform and collect various information, including but not limited to IP addresses, geographic locations, and other relevant data. For example, we may use video (including audio) footage for identity verification of P2P merchants and as evidence in P2P order disputes. In addition, facial video (including audio) information may be used for Cashel Invermore identity verification on third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
While the Platform uses technical and security measures to help protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is 100% secure. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantees about the security of the personal information you provide, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will let you know by posting the updates, including the new effective date and details of the changes. In some cases, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. If you continue to use the Platform after changes are made, this means you accept the updated terms.

We will issue official announcements only using the valid contact details you have provided or by posting them directly on the Platform. We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on information obtained through other means.
